Let us help you, let us help you get motivated. It has been said to us that we should write some motivational sayings and post them around our house, to keep a positive attitude and to make a Visual Board! I really love these ideas and most the Idea of the visual board. All you have to do is find some mags and then cut out photo's, sayings, etc that inspire you. Post them an a board or sheet of paper and look at them daily! Keep yourself positive and goal focused!

1.) Know your life goals.
2.) Make a priority "To Do" List each evening for the following day.
3.) Wake up early; before your obligations kick in.
4.) Return as many phone calls and emails as possible at one or two predetermined times during the day (Time management).
5.) Batch or group as many of your daily or weekly errands as possible.
6.) Thing of your relationships as precious investments.
7.) Avoid the Quick Fit mind~set at all cost, it will only cost your more time.
8.) Throughtfully prune something in your life each year, maybe even every quarter.
9.) Insulate yourself sufficiently from distrations.
10.) Constantly remind yourself the TIME EQUALS LIFE!



15 Minutes A Day Could Change Your Life!
Each day take 15 minutes to do something meaningful to you.
Play with your kids, spend time with your spouse, read a motivational article, pray, journal!

Brainstorm the NEXT 30 YEARS
Write out on paper your goals, dreams, desires.
Don't take age, health, money into consideration.
Let your mind free, let your dreams come out!
